Coach Erin has decided 9-10 will be dry land and most likely 11&up will be too.  Wear sneakers and come get a great workout!

Coach Erin will run practices for 9&up today.  Make sure to bring a dry towel and something warm to cover up with after practice.  Have a good practice today.

Coach Russell has cancelled the 7&8 practice for Tuesday, May 12th. Coach Erin will make the call on 9&up practices.

No 6&U practice today due to cold outside temperatures.  7&8 is a maybe right now.  The pool temp is 76 degrees, but the cooler outside temperature make practice not fun for the younger groups.  Check back for more updates. 

Coaches will attempt to make the call within 30 minutes of practice when possible.  Sometimes that might be we're swimming unless lightening is noticed in the area.  The rule is no one in the water 30 minutes following lighteining in a 10 mile radius, so If there is lightening within…
