5/13/23 Home Meet Details

We are excited to host the Twin Creeks Twisters and the Forest Area Fast Frogs tomorrow, Saturday, May 13, 2023!

The Meet Book is in your inbox and on the Meet Details page of the website.

Below are some reminders:

  • Weather is a concern and we are monitoring it closely.  Any changes to the schedule will be communicated through SwimTopia Alerts.
  • It is likely we may have a rainy, chilly meet, so please plan accordingly. Bring blankets, umbrellas, raincoats, to stay warm and dry.
  • We are placing as many Age Group Tents as possible on concrete, instead of grass, to avoid wet and muddy tents.  Please note on the pool layout diagram the location of HOA-owned landscaping supplies that must be avoided.
  • We will need to run the meet as quickly and efficiently as possible so that we can try to get to an official meet.  Please expect that the estimated times on the Heat Sheet may not reflect your swimmers’ actual swim times.
