Hello Redfish family!  We hope you are enjoying the routine of going back to school and the warmth these (hopefully) last days of summer.  Your Leadership Team is getting ready to transition from 2018 and looking ahead to 2019.  Below you will find helpful information regarding the team as well as some neighborhood HOA business.  Please read carefully and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

HOA Election & General Membership Meeting

This is our annual plea to all Redfish families to please make every effort to attend the HOA annual general membership meeting!!! This year's meeting is scheduled for Monday 9/10 at the Avery Ranch Golf Club.

We have been informed that, due to our new structure and the new nature of our relationship with the HOA, the Redfish will not be part of the meeting agenda.  However, it remains important that the board knows that we support the neighborhood and that our members are conscientious and involved. So PLEASE come, wear your Redfish shirts, and let the board know how much you appreciate their continued support of the team.

Annual Team Survey

The annual team survey is live now.  Please take a few moments to give your feedback on the 2018 season.

The survey can be found here.

Please note that the most effective way to express concern during the season, or anytime, is to reach out directly to the Leadership Team members and/or coaching staff.

Looking Ahead

The Leadership team will relay important season dates as soon as the schedule is set.  Team and season information will be distributed via:

Returning Family Policy

Beginning in the 2019 season, families who skip a season with the Redfish will not retain Returning Family Priority for registration. Families who sit out a season will have to wait to register during open registration and may need to try out again. This has been a difficult policy to alter, but our rapid growth and popularity in the neighborhood necessitates that we continually evaluate our tryout and registration processes.

Consecutive returning families with siblings who sit out a season will still be allowed to register the non-consecutive swimmer during Returning Family Registration. Returning Family New Swimmers will still be allowed to register during Returning Family Registration, but must still pass tryouts.

***Also please note***: Returning Family Priority only extends through the Returning Family Registration dates. If a family does not register during the Returning Family Registration window, they are not guaranteed a spot on the team.

Fob Audit

PLEASE don’t forget to fill out your key fob audit form for Real Manage. If you don’t, after 12/31/18, your current fobs will be deactivated and you will have to pay the $25.00 fee for each new fob.  For more information, please see the HOA Facebook business page, here.
